ShipLog has one paid plan. Pricing is flat, per project, and never scales with
usage, tracked users, seats or votes.

## Free

- Price: $0/month
- Limits: 50 feedback items (soft cap), per project
- Features: feedback board with voting and status filters, public changelog with
  RSS, embeddable widget, submission moderation, REST API access, MCP server for
  AI agents
- Notes: every feature is included — no feature gates. ShipLog branding shown
  on public pages. No credit card required.

## Captain

- Price: $9/month or $90/year, per project
- Limits: unlimited feedback items
- Features: everything in Free, plus branding removal
- Notes: no other tiers exist. No "contact us" pricing, no per-seat charges.

## Not built

- Custom domains — planned, not shipped. Not included on any plan.
- A separate roadmap view. Items carry a status and the public board filters by
  it; there is no column board.
- Voter notification. Votes store only a hashed IP and there is no subscribers
  table, so voters are never told when something ships. Changelog readers follow
  by RSS.
