- Limits: 50 feedback items (soft cap), per project
- Features: feedback board with voting, public roadmap, changelog with voter
  notifications, embeddable widget, REST API access, MCP server for AI agents
- Notes: every feature is included — no feature gates. ShipLog branding shown
  on public pages. No credit card required.

## Captain

- Price: $9/month or $90/year, per project
- Limits: unlimited feedback items
- Features: everything in Free, plus branding removal
- Notes: no other tiers exist. No "contact us" pricing, no per-seat charges.
