From task view click on urgency and a list of urgent medium low appears and you can change urgency from all the views without need to click on edit task

This should be available even after making a task and not marking it was multi day, you need a button steer the task has been masde that says make this task multi day. When you first make a task you think it will take. A day but then ends being longer than expected so it needs to be able to be added for already completed tasks without going inside the task and changing the edit after clicking edit task it should be on the task page as a fast decision like when you are about to click done but can’t because you are halfway through and you need done half way. Not done completely. Easy access is important for user expeice
some weekly taks are acutually monthly or ever 15 days
so there is grass cutting but what if it didi not rain that week or the temperature is lowering so grass stops growing as fast, we need a way to change with a click of the button weekly, and make it 15 days a month, or biweekly, making those chores flexible is important, likewise when yuo ave a task and you do not want it to be tomorrow, click it a gain and make it next week so in a button click you can change ranges for faster implementation of new dates or changes of pattern of habit

The first words appear on iPhone and then the rest has … so I cannot read the whole task

How can I delete a task? It seems you can only cancel it? Can you Cancel it and send it to a trash area where you can trash all tasks already done? Or made by accident or do not need anymore? Add an option to say why this task is in the trash, several options to click: duplicate, not needed anymore, mistake, etc?

When I create an area and have loose tasks can I drag and drop tasks into the project areas and viceversa pull them out of projects and make them individual ones.

Sometimes something is not a project but an area. AN area has projects inside and insde the projects there are tasks but related to areas. I need to add an area for Strawberries and the projcts there, and routines, ianother for Rasberry area, another for HOt box, etc. So areas need their own organization of tasks

Click checklist that are subtasks in tasks and the tasks appear to be able to click on them from the main task are instead of having to open the task and click done.
Projects is missing the ideas
When you click on projects new project, the Ideas project is not visible to celiru, is it a persission thing or you can only add farm and fun and side, but using farm makes it fall into ideas rather than farm projects, there is a bug sending farm projects into ideas and there is no idea option when adding a new project

for long tasks that require several days can you add a a quarter a third halfway there, 34 completed etc? I have been translating from rolls to pots but the activity is taking me three days, how can you make it so I can say, this will take 3 days and after each day I can say, well I just did half so it will take two days instead, all of this has to be easy to do, with one click and several button ooptions nothing with manual dates or figures

weekly tasks should only appear once in teh flow chart and every week it appears again, it is too much to see the same task over crowd other tasks do this in any place where the weekly mowing becomes a clutter feature rather than a weekly, make it clear, so maybe change he color of weekly tasks in the flow chart , in list also do that, make weehly tasks ahvea different color so you knwo it is weely and do not add it many times, just once, clairfied it isa weekly task clearly by color and make recurring more visible in colors but not too much that ofuscates the high priorly ones

projects improvement
make a script to guess where tihngs are and auto populate tags, auto populate type and for projects there may be many many projects, so they have to be how can you manage having many projects that it cannot be hadinside tasks, can it also automatically detect the project based on the words? if you can move it to the very top projects and give several options autoamtically detected accoring to the words? projects inside tasks has to be rethought for hte amaout of them, can you have it o n the top, and have a add new project in the top and it takes you to the projecte left sidebar?
